I am a work in progress… My spiritual journey is my most important focus. I ask each day in my mediatiion how I can be of service and know that the answer will show itself during the course of the day. Being a Reiki practitioner, I am honored to be able to help my clients get back in tune energetically. And as a spiritual gardener,  I'm able to help the gardens get back into energetic balance, something which is equally important to me. I have a very strong connection to Mother Earth and follow the principles of the Findhorn Garden in Scotland and the Perelandra Garden in Virginia.
